As our Activities Director, you will:

Develop and implement a wide variety of recreational and therapeutic programs tailored to residents needs and abilities
Promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being for all residents
Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to integrate activities into individualized care plans
Lead, mentor, and inspire the activities team to deliver engaging and meaningful experiences
Maintain records and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

Certified, registered, or licensed ADC (Activity Director Certified)
